How to delete your account

From inside the Better Tailor app:

1. Open settings.
2. Choose account, then delete account.
3. Confirm. You are signed out on every device immediately.
4. After 14 days, your account and everything in it is permanently deleted.

The 14-day grace period

For 14 days after you confirm, nothing is gone yet. If you change your mind, sign back in and choose to cancel the deletion — your account and records come back exactly as they were. After 14 days the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Everything. Specifically:

• your account and email address
• your customers and their measurements
• your orders and their photos
• your invoices and payment records
• your fitting-call bookings and booking links

What we keep

Nothing from your account survives the grace period. The only thing we may still have afterwards is email you sent to support, which lives in our mailbox rather than your account.

Can’t use the app?

Write to hello@usebettertailor.com from the email address on your account and we will start the same deletion for you, with the same 14-day grace period.
