If you booked a fitting call

When you book through a tailor’s link, we store your name, your phone number, the time you chose, and anything you typed or attached — so that your tailor can call you. Your tailor can see all of it. It is their record of your booking, kept in their account.

We do not sell it, we do not advertise to you, and we do not use it to build a profile of you. If you want it removed, ask your tailor: it is their record to delete, and deleting it removes it from our servers too.

If you are a tailor using the app

We store your email address and the records you create — your customers, their measurements, your orders and invoices. They are yours. You can export them or delete your account from inside the app; deleting removes everything after a short grace period in case you change your mind.

Who else is involved

Photographs are stored with Cloudinary. Email — account verification and password resets — is sent through Resend. We use GoatCounter to count visits on this website and our public pages; it sets no cookies and does not identify you, which is why there is no cookie banner.
